Careers
We are a compounding and specialty pharmacy. That makes for a smaller, more technical team than a retail counter: the people here spend their days on formulation, sterile technique, prescriber calls and quality records rather than on volume.

What we look for
- Care with detail. A compounded preparation is made once, for one patient. There is no batch to fall back on and no room for an approximate measurement.
- Willingness to pick up the phone. A prescription that reads oddly is a call to the prescriber, not a guess.
- Documentation as habit. If it was not recorded, it did not happen — for the board of pharmacy and for the next person who touches the file.
- Plain speech with patients. Most people who call us are worried, unwell, or caring for someone who is.
Roles we typically hire
- Pharmacists
- Prescription review, formulation decisions, prescriber consultation, and final release of every preparation.
- Compounding technicians
- Non-sterile and sterile preparation under pharmacist supervision, equipment care and batch records.
- Patient care and prescription intake
- Transfers, prescriber follow-up, insurance questions, shipping and the day-to-day of getting a prescription from request to doorstep.
