What to include

Animal — name, species, breed and current weight. Weight is the one we chase most often.
Owner name and contact details.
Active ingredient and strength, and the concentration you want it prepared at.
Dosage form — flavoured chew, oral suspension, transdermal gel, capsule. Tell us the flavour if the animal has a preference; we would rather make something that gets taken.
Quantity, directions and refills.
Your name, signature and licence number, and DEA number where applicable.

Formulations we are asked for most

Flavoured soft chews: For animals that reject tablets. A range of protein and fish flavours.
Transdermal gels: Applied to the inner ear, for cats and for any animal that cannot be dosed orally.
Oral suspensions: Where a dose has to be titrated by weight, or a tablet strength does not divide sensibly.
Small-dose capsules: Where the commercial strength is far above what the animal needs.
