We are a compounding and specialty pharmacy. That makes for a smaller, more technical team than a retail counter: the people here spend their days on formulation, sterile technique, prescriber calls and quality records rather than on volume.

What we look for

• Care with detail. A compounded preparation is made once, for one patient. There is no batch to fall back on and no room for an approximate measurement.
• Willingness to pick up the phone. A prescription that reads oddly is a call to the prescriber, not a guess.
• Documentation as habit. If it was not recorded, it did not happen — for the board of pharmacy and for the next person who touches the file.
• Plain speech with patients. Most people who call us are worried, unwell, or caring for someone who is.

Roles we typically hire

Pharmacists

Prescription review, formulation decisions, prescriber consultation, and final release of every preparation.

Compounding technicians

Non-sterile and sterile preparation under pharmacist supervision, equipment care and batch records.

Patient care and prescription intake

Transfers, prescriber follow-up, insurance questions, shipping and the day-to-day of getting a prescription from request to doorstep.
