How to order
Every order runs through a pharmacist before anything is prepared or charged. Here is the whole sequence, so nothing about it is a surprise.
The six steps
- Create an account. An email address and a password, then a six-digit code we email you to confirm the address is yours. A prescription is personal, so we check that once — start here.
- Choose what you need. Browse the catalogue and pick the strength, form and quantity. Prices are on every line; you never have to ask for a quote to see one.
- Send the prescription. Patient details, a delivery address in the United States, and a photograph or PDF of the prescription itself. Make sure the prescriber details and the date are readable.
- A pharmacist reviews it. Usually within one business day. If something needs checking we call your prescriber, and if we cannot dispense it we tell you why.
- You pay after approval. Only once a pharmacist has approved it do we email a secure payment link. Nothing is charged before that point.
- We prepare and ship it. Compounded preparations are made to your prescription; retail medications are dispensed from stock. Both ship within the United States.
What you will need to hand

- A contact phone number, in case a pharmacist has a question.
- The prescriber’s name.
- A US delivery address.
- The prescription — a clear photo or PDF, up to 12 MB.
