Refill Rx

If your prescription has refills left on it, you do not need a new one from your prescriber and you do not need to send anything again.

Two ways to refill

From your account. Sign in, open the request you want repeated, and ask for a refill. We already hold the prescription and the address — sign in here.
By phone. Call 832-886-4296 with the patient name and the medication. This is the quickest route if you are not sure how many refills are left.

Order a few days early. A compounded preparation is made after a pharmacist approves it, so allow time rather than ordering on your last dose.
Nothing auto-charges. A refill goes through the same review and the same payment link as a first order. We will not bill a card without you approving the refill.
When the refills run out. Tell us and we will request a renewal from your prescriber ourselves, then let you know when it comes back.
If the medication has changed. A different strength or form is a new prescription, not a refill. Your prescriber needs to send it.
