Which route for what
Most things have a shorter path than a general enquiry:
- A prescription you want filled
- You do not need to contact us first. How to order walks through it.
- A repeat of something you already have

- What something will cost

- Tracking is emailed when a parcel leaves us and appears in your account. See shipping.
- Something went wrong with a medication
- Call 832-886-4296 and ask for a pharmacist. Do not wait for an email reply, and do not keep taking it if you think it is wrong.
For prescribers and veterinarians
Call and ask for a pharmacist before you write a formulation — we will tell you whether it is achievable, stable, and what it will cost your patient. That conversation is usually shorter than a rewrite.
- Prescriber form — sending a prescription for a human patient.
- Veterinarian form — for an animal patient.
What not to send us
- Card numbers. Never by email or fax. We take payment by phone, or through the secure link we send once a pharmacist has approved a prescription.
- Clinical history you have not been asked for. Tell a pharmacist on the phone instead — it is quicker and it is not sitting in an inbox.
In an emergency
We are a pharmacy, not an emergency service. If someone is unconscious, struggling to breathe, or having a seizure, call 911.
If a medication has been taken by someone it was not prescribed for, call Poison Control on 1-800-222-1222 — 24 hours, anywhere in the United States. For an animal, call your veterinarian immediately.
