Patient registration
Registering gives you an account to send prescriptions from, and a place to follow what happens to them. It takes a couple of minutes and you only do it once.
Register online
This is the quickest route, and the one the rest of the site is built around.
- Create an account with your email address and a password — start here.
- Confirm your email. We send a six-digit code to the address you gave and ask you to type it back. A prescription is personal, so we check the address belongs to you before one can be sent from it.
- Send your first prescription. Choose what you need, then give the patient details and upload the prescription. A pharmacist reviews it before anything is prepared or charged.
What we ask for
When you send a prescription rather than when you register, so nothing is collected before it is needed:
- Patient
- Full name and date of birth — the two things that identify a prescription as belonging to one person.
- Contact
- A phone number, in case a pharmacist needs to ask a question before dispensing.
- Prescriber
- The name of the prescriber who wrote it, so we can verify it with their office if we need to.
- Delivery
- A US street address. We dispense and ship within the United States only.
- The prescription
- A clear photograph or PDF. Make sure the prescriber details and the date are readable.

What we hold, why, and who can see it is set out in our privacy policy. Uploaded prescriptions are stored outside the public website and are readable only by you and by pharmacy staff.
