A pharmacist reads it in full: strength, dosage form, base, and whether we can prepare it as written.

If anything is ambiguous we call you rather than guess. You speak to the pharmacist handling it, not a queue.

The patient is told the price before they commit. Stock medication is our cost plus a flat fee, shown beside the average US retail price.

Their card is authorised, not charged. A hold is placed and nothing leaves their account while the prescription is under review.

On pharmacist approval the payment is taken. If we cannot dispense it, the hold is released and the patient pays nothing.

The preparation is compounded to your specification, or the stock medication is dispensed, and checked before it leaves.

It ships to the patient within the United States, with anything temperature-sensitive packed for the journey.
