Good care should not be out of reach because of the price. Our everyday medication is sold at our cost plus a flat fee, with the average US retail price printed beside it, so you can see the difference rather than take our word for it.
Across the current list that difference is a median of 72%. And if a preparation is not listed at all, a pharmacist will price it for you before you order.

No surprises. No counter shock.
Here is what to expect.

Step 1
Search the price list for what you have been prescribed. Our price and the average US retail price are on the same line.

Step 2
If it is not listed, send the details and a pharmacist will quote it — including whether a compounded version would cost less.

Ask anything before you commit. You will speak to the pharmacist handling it, not a queue.

At checkout your card is authorised, not charged. A hold is placed and nothing leaves your account.

Step 5
A pharmacist reviews the prescription. If we cannot dispense it, the hold is released and you pay nothing.

Step 6
Only on approval is the payment taken, at the price you were shown. It does not change afterwards.

Step 7
Refills are priced the same way, and the list is kept current — so what you paid last time is what you see next time.
